Hi. Welcome back to my blog. We are almost done with our film. The day finally came. Today is the day we finally got to film. Luckily none of my group members had work today. Today was also Sarah’s only off day. We filmed at the Galleria mall. There wasn’t that many people at the mall so that was good. Last time there was a few people and I felt like they were staring at us. I did not like that. Because I am not in the last scene, I recorded it. This is the part where everyone is trying to figure out where I am and why I am not answering the phone. We thought about changing the location of where I get kidnapped. Originally, I get kidnapped in front of my house. We thought about changing it to me actually getting to the mall then I get out the car and someone kidnaps me. This was only going to be because of the fact that none of my group members would be able to come to my house. We did not change the location of the kidnapping. We did change who is going to kidnap me though. I am going to have my friend come over and we will do that part of the film. That’s all I have for today, thanks for reading!  Hi. Welcome back to my blog. Today is March 8 and we still have not started filming. Our first filming date was supposed to be March 5 which was a day we had school. My group members also had to work. I knew from that that we wouldn’t have much success in filming together that day. As I stated before, most of the filming will be done at our own houses. This is because the covid-19 cases are still high. We’re trying not to be too close to each other during this process. While brainstorming for ideas for this film we thought of us having a conversation on the phone. This will show us all at our own houses. We will eventually meet up to film the last part of our movie. We just have to know each other’s schedules. Some days we want to record, I might have practice. 1.  How does your product use or challenge conventions AND how does it represent social groups or issues? My product uses conventions by using actual people instead of mannequins to model the clothes. It also uses conventions by having different angles. My product challenges conventions by using both genders in one commercial and I didn't use a green screen for my background. It represents social groups by helping people express themselves through clothing. It also allows videographers to perfect their craft. It represents social issues because there is a lack of representation for people of color in fashion, it promotes gender equality by having an equal amount of both gender models.
