 Hi. Welcome back to the making of our final task. This is the last blog before we go on spring break. My group members and I decided not to film during our spring break. We would like to do the least amount of work as possible during this time. We want to be able to enjoy our break without worrying about school work. During spring break, I will be out of town most of the time. I will be doing college tours. I plan to film my parts again when I get back home. On our schedule, March 29th is our makeup day. This day is for any one of to record when we didn’t record on our designated day. It will also be used to re-record any scene we feel that needs to be recorded again. March 30th through April 5th are the days we will be editing the clips and getting peer reviews. We will have to see if that plan follows through. I think it’s good to get peer reviews so they can tell us what we should work on. They can also let us know what they think should go where and if we should change some things around. I’m so ready to see how this turns out. Well, that is all I have for today.  Hi. Welcome back to my blog. Today is March 8 and we still have not started filming. Our first filming date was supposed to be March 5 which was a day we had school. My group members also had to work. I knew from that that we wouldn’t have much success in filming together that day. As I stated before, most of the filming will be done at our own houses. This is because the covid-19 cases are still high. We’re trying not to be too close to each other during this process. While brainstorming for ideas for this film we thought of us having a conversation on the phone. This will show us all at our own houses. We will eventually meet up to film the last part of our movie. We just have to know each other’s schedules. Some days we want to record, I might have practice. 1.  How does your product use or challenge conventions AND how does it represent social groups or issues? My product uses conventions by using actual people instead of mannequins to model the clothes. It also uses conventions by having different angles. My product challenges conventions by using both genders in one commercial and I didn't use a green screen for my background. It represents social groups by helping people express themselves through clothing. It also allows videographers to perfect their craft. It represents social issues because there is a lack of representation for people of color in fashion, it promotes gender equality by having an equal amount of both gender models.
